Terms of Service
Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Lendveralto and any related services we operate. By accessing or using the site you agree to be bound by these Terms; if you do not agree, please do not use the site. We may update these Terms from time to time, and continued use of the site after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Use of the Service
When you use Lendveralto, you agree to do so in good faith and in compliance with applicable law. You will not attempt to compromise the security of the site, you will not scrape, mirror, or republish our content in bulk without permission, you will not impersonate any person or entity, and you will not use the site for any illegal or fraudulent purpose. We reserve the right to suspend access for users who violate these rules.
If a feature requires registration or sign-in, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials you receive and for all activity that occurs under those credentials. You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate access if we suspect a credential has been compromised or misused.
Intellectual Property
All original content published on Lendveralto — including articles, headlines, photographs commissioned or licensed by us, illustrations, logos, design, and the underlying source code of the website — is the property of Lendveralto or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. You may view, share, and link to our content for personal, non-commercial purposes. Republishing, copying, mirroring, or commercial redistribution requires our prior written permission.
User Submissions
By submitting content to Lendveralto (tips, corrections, letters, photographs, etc.) you grant us permission to use that content editorially, including reproducing, editing, and adapting it for publication. You retain ownership of your submission, but you confirm that you have the legal right to share it with us and that publishing it would not infringe anyone else's rights.
Newsletter and Email Communications
Newsletter subscription to Lendveralto is voluntary. We send only the editions you have opted in to, and you may unsubscribe at any time through the unsubscribe link present in every message. Following an unsubscribe we keep a minimal suppression record so that the address is not accidentally re-added by an import.
Third-Party Links and Sources
Articles on Lendveralto routinely link out to the original outlets, primary sources, and other reference material that informed the reporting. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of these external sites. Visiting them is at your own discretion, subject to their respective terms.
Disclaimer of Warranties
While Lendveralto takes reasonable care to provide accurate and timely editorial content, the site is supplied on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties — express or implied — about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, or availability of the content, and we accept no responsibility for any loss arising from reliance on it. Always consult an appropriately qualified professional before acting on information you read here.
Limitation of Liability
Our total liability to you, taken in the aggregate, for all claims arising from or relating to Lendveralto or these Terms is limited to the greater of one hundred US dollars (USD 100) or any amount actually paid by you to us in the twelve months preceding the claim. This limitation applies to the maximum extent permitted by law and survives termination of these Terms.
Indemnification
You will indemnify and hold harmless Lendveralto and its operators from any third-party claim that arises from your use of the site in violation of these Terms or applicable law. This indemnification covers reasonable attorneys' fees and other costs of defense. We will give you prompt notice of any claim and will cooperate reasonably in the defense.
Suspension and Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time: by you, simply by discontinuing use of Lendveralto; by us, by suspending or restricting your access for any reason we consider appropriate. The provisions of these Terms that should reasonably survive — intellectual property, disclaimers, liability caps, indemnification, governing law — survive any termination.
Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms — and any dispute, claim, or proceeding arising out of them — are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Lendveralto's operator is established. Each party agrees to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction, except to the extent that mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence override this arrangement.
Changes to These Terms and How to Reach Us
We may revise these Terms of Use from time to time. The current version is always the one published on this page, and the "Last updated" date indicates when it became effective. For material changes we will provide reasonable advance notice, for example via a banner on the site or a note in our newsletter. Questions about these Terms can be sent through our Contact form, which routes directly to the editorial team at Lendveralto.
